6-Week Summer Literacy Program

Help prevent summer learning loss through engaging literacy instruction focused on phonics, fluency, comprehension, and reading confidence. Small groups create a fun and supportive learning environment.

Diagnostic Literacy Assessment (30–45 Minutes)

During this one-on-one evaluation, I assess key foundational reading skills, including:

• Letter names and letter sounds
• Phonological & phonemic awareness
• Decoding and word reading
• Fluency
• Reading comprehension
• Spelling and writing skills (when appropriate)

Following the assessment, families receive:

✓ A personalized summary of their child's current reading level
✓ Identified strengths and priority growth areas
✓ A recommended instructional plan
✓ Placement recommendation for either 1:1 tutoring or a small group that best fits their child's needs

Please note: A diagnostic assessment is required before enrolling in tutoring services to ensure proper placement and individualized instruction.
